That's what I did. Try this with this post. What do you get? The original one at 4chan is still there - 1920x1200. What do you get from soup? A simple 1518x949 image.
BTW: the one you linked to was 1920x1080 before it was scaled down by soup.

FAIL. 1920x1200 images are scaled to 1518x949, 1920x1080 are scaled to 1600x900... forget about any hi-res wallpapers.
